Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Change of mind

If you change your mind, we may offer a return or exchange at our discretion, provided:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
